Just a little slow at getting there, but I know that they were busy. Once he got there he was quick in hooking up and towing me to my destination.

Edit to add: Cody Hendrickson reached out to me today and took the time to listen to my concerns and how everything transpired. He was also unhappy with how the situation was handled and went out of his way to help make things right, which I genuinely appreciate. The office manager, Hayden, also showed compassion and helped alleviate some of the stress caused by the situation. Original review: If I could give 0 stars, I would. The driver was very helpful and professional. I could not get my hatchback open, when I came back out of the house he had crawled in the van and was unloading the back of my van . It was a real blessing. Thank You

They are a wonderful company. We're supposed to be 45 minutes away but showed up in 15 minutes. Can't praise them and the driver enough. I had my dog 2 dogs with me, and I was scared that they were gonna get Heath stroke, because I could not roll app or roll down my windows, and we were in the hot sun, and so the driver doubled timed it. And helped me start the car without having to be towed. They just are phenomenal, and I cannot recommend them enough

Absolutely Awesome. He was the nicest tow truck driver I've ever had and went above and beyond to deliver my Jeep right to my garage. Not an easy task when you live in an apartment. He was great!
